JULIA GLADSTONE, MSW, MFA

Julia Gladstone (she/her), MSW, MFA, is a psychotherapist and facilitator. She has training in Internal Family Systems, which she blends with a relational emphasis and somatic techniques that offer clients an experiential, embodied approach to healing and transformation. She received a Masters in Social Work from Simmons University, a Masters in Fine Arts from University of Pennsylvania, and is a certified practitioner of Deep Listening. Her background in art and dance informs her approach to therapy, bringing deep curiosity and attunement to the many ways that humans express themselves in the world. She specializes in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, sexuality and gender expression, creativity and self-esteem. Her practice is oriented towards collective liberation, and is grounded by the belief that healing occurs in relationship.

ELLA EMMER, MS, CTP, NCC

Ella Emmer (she/her) is a Certified Trauma Professional with a Master’s in Community & Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University. With a compassionate and experiential approach, she draws on modalities like IFS and EMDR to create a safe and nurturing space. With a particular focus on childhood trauma, Ella helps clients unpack and transform early wounds into sources of empowerment and growth. She also specializes in working with bipolar disorders, anxiety, depression, substance use, relational trauma, and grief. Ella believes that understanding the cultural and systemic factors affecting her clients is essential for deep healing to occur. As a queer individual, she is particularly attuned to the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community and has extensive experience supporting queer clients. Ella also loves to infuse creativity into her therapy, drawing from her passions as a writer, singer, and arts enthusiast. She is dedicated to helping you navigate your journey with warmth and understanding.



BENJAMIN “Binny” KAGEDAN, PSYD, CHT, PATP



Binny is the founder and clinical supervisor at Philly Somatic Therapy. He received a doctorate in clinical psychology from Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology. He is also a teacher and certified practitioner of the Hakomi Method of Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy, an approach that blends somatic and experiential therapy with mindfulness practices. Binny has served as a clinician at public and veterans hospitals, university counseling centers, and private clinics, and has had the opportunity to work with people from diverse walks of life. He is a musician and a passionate student of philosophy, spirituality, and the arts, and enjoys drawing on these interests to enrich and expand his work with clients.
